Once qualified as a prospective investor, our team will present residential projects that target returns of 15-30%. There are many opportunities out there; Buchmann Built filters these prospects by creating a business case for each opportunity and presents only the most profitable.

I am interested in investing; however I don't have enough to fund the entire project. What are my options?
Buchmann Built has access to a group of investors that are interested in funding projects. In the event an investor chooses to invest a portion of the money required, a limited partnership agreement is created including all investors involved in the initiative. The profit is split in the same distribution as the investment.

How does Buchmann Built determine how much a project will cost?
To determine costs of a project, a detailed breakdown of services, labour and material is created based on the type of home to be built. Every cost is taken into account including subdivision, demolition, construction services, materials and labour, all marketing collateral, sales commissions, the Buchmann Built fee and interest. On previous projects, our costs have been within 5% of estimation. All costs are included and help form the business case.

There are many variables that we look at to forecast selling price. We take a pulse on the supply and demand of market over different time periods and make judgment on market confidence. The real estate market is cyclical and history tends to repeat itself. Buchmann Built's method to accurately forecast the sell price is proven and is a trade secret.
